In 2018, Qiyuan Sinophosphology applied for the key research and development project of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Department of Science and Technology -- Research on the Quality and Efficacy Optimization of Compound Licorice Tablets, and received an advance funding subsidy of 480,000 yuan for the development of the project.

The project has had a bumpy ride. First of all, compound licorice tablets are unique varieties in China. If the current consistency evalsuation process is followed, it cannot be carried out from the beginning. Compound Licorice tablet was originally developed and produced by Qinghai Pharmaceutical Factory, and the technology was transferred to our company. However, Qinghai Pharmaceutical Factory applied to the National Center for Drug evalsuation (CDE) for reference preparation in 2017, but it was not approved, resulting in no reference preparation for comparison.

Secondly, the evalsuation proposal of domestic unique varieties is late. On June 21, 2019, the national center for drug approval issued on the domestic endemic to evalsuate the proposed notice ", the advice is general, not specific technical operation guidelines, and there are 3 same products companies reporting consistency evalsuation, according to the data so far did not give reply, our company has no specific research direction.

Thirdly, due to the lack of provincial scientific research projects in the company for many years, the existing personnel lack project experience. Under the condition of tight time, heavy task and shortage of personnel, the staff of quality technology center, under the active cooperation and support of various departments, make use of existing equipment and personnel to conduct comprehensive research on products. Through unremitting efforts, the project technical work task was finally completed in this year. I worked overtime for several days to write the acceptance data, and cooperated with the financial department to sort out the use of funds and accounts of the project according to the latest scientific research project management methods of the Science and Technology Department. Finally, I formed a complete set of materials for the project acceptance, and formally applied for acceptance to the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region.

The Department of Science and Technology organized relevant experts to conduct on-site meeting evalsuation of the project. The expert group unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance by listening to reports, reviewing project acceptance materials, questioning and defense, and after discussion, they highly evalsuated the completion quality of the project and unanimously praised the solid technical work done.

This is the first time for our company to complete high-quality and pass the provincial scientific research project acceptance work in many years, which lays a foundation for the later application of projects and for the company to win more project funding subsidies.
